Terms of service
Ripitoy is a play product for supervised use with dogs. By ordering, you agree to use it as intended — for tearing, not chewing or eating — and to supervise your dog during play. We may update pricing, availability and these terms at any time.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to process an order and improve the store: your contact and shipping details, and anonymous usage analytics. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Shipping policy
Boxes ship flat and unfolded. Orders are packed within two business days, with delivery typically in three to seven business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Return & refund policy
Unused, unfolded boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Torn boxes cannot be returned.
