Is it safe if my dog swallows a small piece?
The cardboard, glue and inks are non-toxic, so a small swallowed piece is not harmful. Ripitoy still isn't made for chewing or eating — if your dog starts swallowing pieces instead of tearing them, end the session.
What is it made of?
Plain cardboard with non-toxic, water-based ink and food-grade adhesives. Nothing plastic, nothing toxic.
How long does one box last?
That depends on your dog. Most dogs get several enthusiastic minutes out of a box; heavy shredders go faster, which is why the larger sizes use a thicker wall.
Why blue?
Dogs see blue clearly, while reds and greens tend to wash out. A solid blue box is easy for them to spot and lock onto.
How does it ship?
Flat and unfolded, so it arrives compact. Folding it into the 3D box shape takes a few seconds.
What about returns?
If a box arrives damaged or something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it good. Torn boxes, understandably, can't be returned.
